Become a USERL member today and support the horses!
USERL uses foster homes to care for horses that are awaiting adoption. These horses are fully rehabilitated and have a current negative Coggins test and vaccinations. USERL will do a screening of your facility to check for safety prior to sending a horse to you for foster. Prospective adopters will call you for information about the horse you are fostering and to schedule visits to see the horse. You will also receive a call or visit once a month from USERL to check on the horse. Read the Foster information for common Q&A regarding fostering for USERL.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION.
If you are a minor, please have your parent or guardian submit this form.
Our foster form has not been working properly the last two months, and some foster forms were lost. For now, the foster form has been removed until it can be 100% reliable.
Please send an email to info@userl.org with your Full Name, Address and contact phone and email information. Your information will be forwarded to your region's foster coordinator who will contact you for more information on how to begin the foster approval process.
