USERL is run by volunteers, and that includes our investigators.

If you...

• want to take an active part in stopping the abuse and neglect of horses in North Carolina, Virginia, or Indiana
• can attend a 3-day workshop
• can work professionally with Animal Control on cruelty investigations
• can drive by suspected cases of abuse/neglect

We will send your application on to our Investigation Director and let you know when the next workshop is scheduled.
