Note: Adopted horses remain the property of USERL. Adopters may not breed, race, sell or give away the adopted horse. Adopters must allow USERL to inspect their facility for safety prior to adoption, and access to check the horse thereafter at USERL's discretion. For more information, read our Adoption FAQ.

If you are a minor, please have your parent or guardian submit this form.
Our adoption form has not been working properly the last two months, and some forms were lost. For now, the adoption form has been removed until it can be 100% reliable.
Please send an email to info@userl.org with your Full Name, Address and contact phone and email information. Your information will be forwarded to your region's adoption coordinator who will contact you for more information on how to begin the adoption approval process.
