Violet is 14.1 hands and is 11 years old this year.  She also is broke to ride for a beginner to intermediate rider and has been used at HorsePower Therapeutic Riding Center, does wonderful on trails, easy to handle for the vet and farrier, for grooming, loves baths AND people. However she hates most other horses and can be extremely aggressive to them.  She is best kept separated and off of grass because she has had problems in the past with foundering.  She is barefoot sound with no special shoes needed.  She is a wonderful little horse when her needs are met and is an extremely easy keeper on 1/2 lb grain a day and four flakes of hay.  Violet has had a hard life before USERL and she deserves her own person to love her and enjoy riding her.
