Maria 2 (nicknamed Ria) is a beautiful, Arab/QH cross mare.  Very intelligent, friendly and with solid conformation - big bodied, deep girthed, strong short back, and good feet.  She does move better on trails with front shoes.  Maria is definitely the Alpha Mare in any herd, and has been pastured with just mares, or with mares and geldings.  She has had 6 mo. professional training under saddle, as of April 2008, and is going well, but should still be considered green broke.  She will need at least an intermediate rider and lots of miles to finish her training.  She is an excellent trail horse - lead or follow, crosses water, not spooky, good endurance.  This mare has great potential!
