Sterling was trained to saddle last summer, but still needs an experienced rider. He is a young, smart pony who tests this handler. He is currently with a very experience foster who is continuing his training and working on a steady walk and trot. He still needs to learn to canter. His ideal adopter is a confident, experienced rider who is willing to work his through his green stage, or a rider willing to work with a trainer until Sterling and adopter are more experienced.
